Climate Controllers, Inc. is a locally owned and operated company. We offer residential and light commercial HVAC services to the Tri-Cities area. Established in 2000 by Steve Tipton and Eddie Butler, Climate Controllers is here to serve you!
Mission
To serve the surrounding communities’ HVAC needs by providing outstanding customer service with the highest level of integrity, courtesy, and quality workmanship.
We offer heating, cooling, ventilation products, financing, preventative maintenance program, and ductwork. We proudly service most brands of indoor air quality products.

Steve Tipton
President
Steve Tipton has over 33 years of heating and cooling technical experience. Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Amy, sons Brent ( his wife Taylor and grandson Tate) and Matthew.
Michelle Johnson
Office Manager
Over 20 years management experience, here to answer all of your questions, arrange financing, schedule estimates and handle general bookkeeping. Michelle has two children Bailey and Laken.
Sam Carrico
Service Manager
Over 23 years experience in HVAC installation and service. Holds EPA and NATE Certifications. Married to wife Eugina, has 3 daughters and 1 son.
Adam Williams
Technician
Over 5 years in the field, and 2 years of technical school. EPA Certified. He has lived in East Tennessee his entire life. Part time local channel TV star. #1 in the HVAC field and #1 in your heart!
Jason Humphrey
Lead Installer
Jason Humphrey has 20 years of technical HVAC experience. Jason has a wife name Amanda and has 3 beautiful children.
