Climate Controllers was extremely responsive from the minute I requested a quote to replace my heating and cooling systems through installation. All staff are pleasant, experienced, and excellent in performing their jobs. The install was completed with no problems and there was excellent communication during the install. Beginning with Michelle in the office through completion of the job, I could not have asked for a better company. They were even able to move the install forward by two weeks. This is the second time I have used this company for installation and both times were equally excellent. The first install was for another zone in the house. We had a new HVAC system installed another local company that has not ran properly since being installed in the fall of 2019. They came out and diagnosed the problem and came up with a plan of action. Turns out the system was IMPROPERLY installed by the company we purchased it from. The Climate Controllers crew came out and re-installed the furnace properly correcting ALL of the mistakes made by the other guys.
